Christmas shopping… will you be venturing to the high street, or mainly shopping online this year? I’ll be doing a bit of both: I try to support small local businesses as much as I can, so have already started picking up stocking fillers from our local shops.

Now I know period pants don’t scream ‘Christmas Present’ but bear with me… Along with their game-changing period pants (read my thorough guide here!) WUKA also have a brilliantly comforting extra long, wearable hot water bottle. And that, in my middle-aged opinion is a brilliant gift, for people with aches and pains, not just period pains. And if you are wondering about trying reusable period pants, these are the ones to go for.
