Madara Cosmic Drops Buildable Highlighter Review

Cosmic Drops Buildable Highlighter from Madara

Madara say: “This natural certified liquid highlighter delivers anything from a dewy touch of glow to a cosmic beam. Created by experts of organic skin care, this highlighter is made from ultra-fine minerals, blended in a refined, luxury hyaluronic-aloe serum.”

This Madara clean liquid highlighter comes in a glass dropper bottle, to make it easy to control how much you use. I chose the shade ‘Naked Chromosphere 1’ which is a gorgeous pale gold, and so flattering. It’s vegan and cruelty-free, and certified organic.

How to Use Madara’s Natural Highlighter

One of the things I love about this natral highlighter is that you can use it in different ways. Mix it in to your moisturiser for a gorgeous natural glow. Apply it before your foundation, or after. Layer up for a more dramatic look: just let it set for about 5 minutes before adding another layer.

How Cosmic Drops Highlighter Looks

Becky wearing Madara City CC Cream, Skin Equal Foundatuon, The Concealer and Cosmic Drops Buildable Highlighter

I love to use this natural highlighter across my cheekbones and browbones, and a little on the bridge of my nose and above my top lip. It gives a really natural-looking radiant glow.

In this photo I’m also wearing City CC Cream, Skin Equal Foundation and Madara The Concealer. I also used their Brow Pomade in Frosty Taupe.

My blush and powder are from Love The Planet (read my review here) and my mascara is Inika’s Bold Lash.

City CC Cream is my desert island product, I always stock up when it’s on offer, as I can’t be without it!

The Skin Equal Foundation is also a must-have for me. And Madara The Concealer is a fantastic liquid concealer.
