The sun is shining and the temperatures are rising, so it’s time to get some cheat’s ice cream lollipops in to the freezer. I made these last year and Ava absolutely loved them.
All you need is a knife, lolly sticks (from eBay, Amazon or a craft shop) and a pack of yoghurts or fromage frais; I use the small ones to (try and) limit the mess!

It works for Petit Filous too. A couple of hours later and your ‘ice creams’ are ready to enjoy!
This is also a great way to use up the yoghurts that are nearing their best before dates, and I haven’t looked at the labels, but I’m pretty sure it must be lower in sugar and fat than real ice cream.
