Welcome to my review of the latest Love Lula Natural Beauty Box for July. This month’s natural beauty box contains full-sized products from Madara, Kathleen Natural and Skin Alchemists Apothecary, and a travel set of luxury trial-sized goodies from Dafna’s Personal Skincare. Together they are valued at £101, which is amazing value as it costs a regular subscriber £14.95, including postage. You also get a code for 25% off the brands featured in the box. You can use this until the 10th of the following month. So which were my favourite products? Read on to find out.

July Love Lula Natural Beauty Box Review

Dafna’s Summer Heroes Set

I’ve recently published an in depth review of three of the four products included in this cute little travel pouch. You can read about Dafna’s Purify Cleanser, Active Mist and Eye Care on this post. These are luxury products and will be perfect to take on holiday. I estimate there would be enough for a week or two so that has massively helped with my packing!

Dafna's Personal Skincare Travel Set

The Moisture Light cream is lovely and perfect for my combination skin. I will be layering it beneath my facial sun cream to add a touch of moisture without greasiness.

Kathleen Natural Refreshing and Lightening Cleansing Lotion

I was pleased to get a cleanser in this month’s Love Lula natural beauty box, as my last cleanser (which you can read about here) is finished.

“This intelligent formula is packed with 6 active botanical ingredients, gives you a gentle clean and instantly hydrates your skin. You will never feel too dry after face wash.”

Kathleen Naturals

This cleanser comes in a pump bottle, in a cardboard box. Unfortunately, I didn’t find it at all effective at removing make-up. Even after using it twice with a damp cloth, there was still foundation left in places. I’ll be sticking with my oil-based cleansing balms and don’t recommend this one.

I tried to use it as a hand soap but it’s too creamy, so I will try it as a shaving balm next. If that doesn’t work, I will pass it on to a friend who doesn’t wear make-up.

Skin Alchemists Apothecary Sesenne Facial Elixir

It’s always lovely to get a luxury product you’d never normally buy for yourself, so I was excited to try this Sesenne Facial Elxlir. This 1p00% natural elixir is made by Skin Alchemists Apothecary.

“This tropical rain forest in a bottle is a sophisticated blend of 26 skin-loving elements combined to repair, nourish and rejuvenate skin, while calming sensitivity and revealing a lifted, brightened, glowing complexion.”

Skin Alchemists Apothecary

This facial elixir comes in a small black glass dropper bottle.

It sinks in to skin well as you pat it in, and my skin has certainly been soft and glowing since I started using it. I’m not keen on the smell, but luckily it doesn’t last long so that’s not at all an issue.

Madara Plum Plum Lip Perfecting Balm

I am a huge Madara fan and already have this lip balm. I’m glad to have a second one though, as it’s one of my favourites. Madara Plum Plum Lip Perfecting Balm contains moisturising jojoba oil, shea butter and plum oil.

It starts off as a fairly thick balm, but quickly melts into more of a gloss consistency. It gives a lovely shine and tastes and smells lovely.
