I am very excited to share a review of Pacifica Rainbow Gloss 7 Free Top Coat, as it’s just so pretty! I’m replacing all of my conventional nail varnishes, as I’m worried about the chemicals they contain. So far I’ve tried Zoya Nail Polish, and NATorigin Nail Polish, which you can read about on earlier blog posts.
I’ve recently reviewed a lipstick and roll on fragrance from Pacifica.ย When I spotted this beautiful top coat, I couldn’t resist!ย This nail varnish is 7 FREE, which means it’s formulated without parabens, phthalates (dibutyl phthalate), toluene, xylene, camphor, formaldehyde, resin, or animal ingredients. The brush is also vegan.
Pacifica Rainbow Gloss 7 Free Top Coat Looks Great On Its Own
Here, I’m wearing just two coats of Pacifica Rainbow Gloss 7 Free Top Coat. I love the shimmering pearlescent finish in the silvery base colour.
Pacifica Rainbow Gloss 7 Free Top Coat Looks Amazing Over Other Shades of Nail Polish

I tried one nail it on its own, over my coral pink Zoya Wendy Nail Polish and over my NATorigin Skimia Nail Polish.
It looks nice on my thumb, on its own, and gorgeous over the coppery nail. I’m not convinced about the pink, though. I tried it on my toes and it looks pretty bad to be honest! So I went for the copper base colour. I’m looking forward to trying it over other shades too!
How Well Does Pacifica Rainbow Gloss 7 Free Top Coat Last?
I used Pacifica Rainbow Gloss 7 Free Top Coat over a Zoya Base Coat, and two coats of NATorigin Nail Polish. It looked GORGEOUS! It lasted reasonably well over a camping weekend, which is a pretty tough test. I got about four days wear before it started chipping.

It actually lasted better when I wore it on its own. Instead of chipping off, it sort of wore off at the ends of my nails, so it was less noticeable.
